While inside the Trail of Cheer or Trail of Fear haunted attractions do not run, touch our actors, props, walls, or other objects. You are permitted to touch any available guardrails for support if needed.
Masks are REQUIRED to be worn when inside The Trail of Cheer or the Trail of Fear. You will get up to two warnings and we reserve the right to remove customers from any area who do not follow this rule.

If Scrooge tickets are sold out online, may I purchase tickets in person?
In the event that Scrooge tickets sell out online, we have set aside a number of tickets that will be available for purchase in person after 5:30 pm on the day of on a first come, first served basis.
Is it safe to attend this year?
A lot of time, effort, energy, and expense has gone in to making this even as safe as possible for our customers. As with anything else during this time you are entering our attractions at your own risk. Please visit our Covid-19 Commitment to Safety for more information on steps being taken.
Why is there a fee to purchase tickets online?
The online convenience fee goes to support providing the convenience of online ticketing. In the past it has been our experience that many visitors expressed their desire to purchase tickets tickets online to guarantee that they would be able to attend on a specific date without having to wait in a line. We listened and visitors can purchase tickets online.
Is it scary?
Absolutely not. The Trail of Cheer is a family friendly event celebrating Christmas!!

Should I bring extra spending money?
You will definitely want to bring extra spending money. There may be a few vendors, we have great food, and there may be some gift items to purchase.
